I have been with JD for 5 years, and no year has been the same. There have always been more challenges, more opportunities, and above all, more ambition. This is JD – a continuous growth, where we can be whatever we want as long as we have the will and motivation.
I started as a Trainee in the People department, working on a project related to structure and organization. Later on, I was able to establish myself as a Talent Acquisition specialist, focusing on IT profile recruitment. Eventually, I took on a new role as a Software Developer.
I have been part of the business transformation at a digital level. In 2018, we were around 35 people in IT, and today we have grown to over 100. My work is truly exciting as I get to decide on the technologies and technical design of the services that the business needs
